	Lawrence Ryan Partner Larry Ryan began his executive search career in 1993. Prior to co-founding Roberts & Ryan, he was the Managing Director of a Chicago-based search firm which grew revenues 30 – 50% per year over a seven year period. At Roberts & Ryan, Larry has conducted searches across multiple industries with an emphasis in the Industrial & Consumer Products and Professional Services sectors.  For his clients, Larry is called upon for a variety of functional searches from Director to C-level.  Representative searches include General Manager, Group President, SVP Global Human Resources, CFO, Corporate and Divisional Controller, VP Sales/Marketing, VP Treasurer, Director of Compensation/Benefits, Director of Tax Planning, as well as a host of practice leadership positions within various Professional Service firms at the EVP and Partner levels. Larry is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Finance. He resides in Chicago’s western suburbs with his wife Christine and three children.
