	Gregg Orloff Partner Gregg Orloff has been in executive search for more than a decade as a leader in the areas of marketing and advertising. After beginning his career in media with advertising agencies Grant Jacoby and FCB, Gregg entered into executive search with a desire to build an advertising/marketing practice. Now he is one of the founding partners and leader of this division for Roberts & Ryan. Prior to starting Roberts & Ryan, Gregg spent seven years starting up and growing the marketing/advertising division of a Top 10 search firm in Chicago. His network and successes helped build the practice into one of the premiere executive search names nationally in this arena. Gregg's focus for Roberts & Ryan is leadership positions for advertising, promotions, direct marketing and interactive agencies nationwide. Representative searches range from Account Director to CEO of agencies across the U.S. Additionally, he has filled top marketing communications, advertising and direct/crm spots on the client side for a variety of industries. Gregg is a graduate of the University of Kansas and currently resides in Riverwoods, Illinois with his wife Julie, daughter Madison and sons Evan and Justin.
