Traditional executive search firms are often reluctant to take assignments below the EVP level. Contingency firms lack the commitment needed to identify and attract senior management candidates with appropriate backgrounds and skills. We acknowledge the struggles that corporations have with recruitment at this level. These candidates are typically the most difficult to locate within a target organization.
