Chris’s career journey brought him to Executive Search after 22 years spent in the Chicago advertising industry. Over the years he has lead agency teams on large, blue chip clients like Mars-Wrigley, Whirlpool, PepsiCo, Jim Beam, Procter & Gamble, Orbitz.com, Kraft, Motorola and many others. His teams consistently won the industry’s biggest awards – Cannes Lions, Effies, Pencils, Clios, etc. – and grew their clients’ businesses.
He also served on the Board of Directors for the Chicago chapter of the 4A’s, the national trade association that represents U.S. advertising agencies.
Chris executes searches across the full range of integrated agency capabilities – from Account Management to Strategic Planning, all Digital roles, Tech, Analytics, UX, Media, Design, Project Management, Financial Ops and, yes, Creative…..for ALL agencies (advertising, digital, shopper, promo, event, design and CRM/Direct). And since he has worked so closely with consumer good’s companies over the years he also executes searches for a broad spectrum of client-side marketing roles.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Illinois. And as the father of twin daughters, Olivia and Juliette, and a son, Alex, Chris keeps busy driving them all across Naperville, Illinois going from one activity to the next!
